Antonia is extremely knowledgeable and gives a very easy to follow, supportive course. Her teaching helps you to manage stress, recognising how it can affect you, as well as useful long lasting mindfulness techniques. Definitely a useful course to focus on your own personal health and wellbeing, especially in the strange times we find ourselves in, where it could become very easy to neglect our own health.

I absolutely loved this program from start to finish! Antonia's ability to communicate scientific terms with such simplicity, and her soothing tonality, engaged me from the beginning until the end. As a business owner, I'm most of the time under stress, and this course was the perfect guide for me to develop a plan to manage my stress in a healthier way. I currently practice meditation as a way to cope with stress, but now -- as the course recommends -- I'm also integrating mindfulness to my daily plan as well. I highly recommend this course if you want to live a happier healthier life, by becoming aware of your sources of stress and your automatic responses.

I am so glad and happy that completed this course. I have been very stressed recently as I am busy studying other courses that take up a lot of time. Stress has been strongly in my life the past 4 years, the last year especially due to personal circumstances out of my control. When I was told about this course and saw the video I knew immediately that is what I needed and I was so right. This course was very easy to fit in my daily schedule with just ten minutes a day if I was pushed for time. Antonia has made the course easy to understand; the information is clear, and I found it to be very valuable. I learned many new things about stress and the effect in our bodies but, more importantly techniques to help me to reduce the levels of stress. I am very grateful for this course, the theoretical side combined with the practical applications as well as teaching me how to be the "boss of my stress" and how implement little changes in my life. During the covid-19 lockdown I have been dedicating my time to personal development as I often struggle with self-belief, work worries, relationship quarrels and motovation. I realised I was putting immense pressure on myself and started this course wondering what else there is out there that isn’t the usual (though still great) yoga or meditation or diet etc. I am pleased to say this course has filled me with knowledge and understanding of what happens to my body and mind when I let my worries get the better of me and accumulate and so, I feel like a huge weight has been lifted in knowing that these chemical and biological reactions happen in most, if not all of us! I now feel better armed to deal with my daily worries and Antonia offers great support throughout the course as I was able to leave messages, re-watch, read and listen to content and as I have access I intend to revisit the course again to soak it all up and maintain the good practices learned. Thanks and praise to Antonia for an informative and educational course!

I’m so glad I bit the bullet and took this course. I’m a busy entrepreneur and ALWAYS have something to work on. Stress abounds in my work life and when I saw this course, my gut told me that I needed to take it. I have to admit, I was a little worried about adding “one more thing” to my plate, but I’m so glad I didn’t let that stop me. Antonia has the lessons set up in a clear and concise way. The lessons are very manageable; less than 10 minutes each. I’ve found myself implementing some of her tactics immediately and am feeling empowered to tackle my stress long-term. I’ve just started this stress relief course, and so far so good! The course looks to be very well structured, and has so far been very easy to follow. The stress assessment, also makes the course feel more tailored to your needs as it helps you to identify specific areas to work on. All in all, a great course with a great instructor!
