Although familiar with breathwork, the portions of the course on eating and movement were new to me. Viktoriya's explanation about her children enjoying their grandmother's garden challenged me to think more about that childlike approach to my food. I can see how this could work well with meal planning for one, purchasing fragrant and colorful fresh foods, and sitting down to a pleasing place setting. The same approach could be applied to movement, as I look for ways to move for the joy of it: playing with pets; dancing to a favorite song; or taking the stairs with a rhythmic cadence. Good course!

I really liked Viktoriya's approach, it was so refreshing. I'm all about mindfulness, and I picked up some new techniques that I can use to enhance my own mindfulness practice. I gained some fresh perspectives and practical skills that I can apply in my daily life
