This course will bring you from a state of anxiety into a state of greater calmness.
Stress kills brain cells, a calm environment permits the growth of brain cells. In this course, I am going to teach you exactly how to create a calm environment for yourself. We are going to work slowly and intentionally from the inside out. I'm going to introduce you to nine different practices that have helped me overcome clinically diagnosed anxiety. It is so important that we start to take control of our own lives and well-being and it all beings with that inner work. I sincerely hope that you enjoy this course and take all from it that you could possibly need to support you in overcoming your stress and anxiety and bringing you into a greater state of calm, effortless relaxation, and greater confidence to move forward with empowerment in all areas of your life.
The nine different techniques that I will introduce you to in this course fall into one of the two following categories: (1) mindfulness practices that help you shift away from the feeling of stress and into a state of calmness, and (2) meditation techniques that will bring about a greater sense of ease and relaxing to your body, mind, breath, and emotions. The practices that I will teach you will be of great advantage to you and easing your daily stress. All you need to do is practice at least one of them for a couple of minutes each day.
This course will give you the power to overcome the stress that you have been faced with. It will support you in becoming more calm, at ease, present, grateful, and aligned.
