Yes definitely. This was a course apt for me and I now understand how our leaders help initialize the strategies for the organization and how we as HR's communicate it to our employees with an intention to recruit/retain/reward top talents thereby creating successes for the organization.

The course itself is very focussed on large organisations and does not consider, that small businesses have different needs. As a non-native English speaker, the presentation speed at certain phases is far too high and you risk losing content

It is much better - but some of the reference are very old, too focused on gender stereo types and there does not seem to be the activity suggestion/templates to carry out things such as succession planning. The theory is ok though
