This course has helped me narrow down why I procrastinate, but hasn’t necessarily fixed that problem for me. This is mainly down to me as a person and what I do after taking this course, if I am to focus on why I procrastinate and face the problem head on or if I am to just continue as I am. I do think after taking this course that I will try to focus on the problem as I have been given everything I need from this course to take the action needed to tackle the problem of procrastination and better myself as a person by getting into better habits. Overall this course is a really good course and gives you all the tools needed to narrow down why you procrastinate and how to improve on said problems with procrastination.

A concise and informative course on beating procrastination. The course included added material which helped create a deeper understanding on what is being covered. I also enjoyed the quizzes inbetween, it really allowed me to recap over what I had learnt.

I admit that I often procrastinate and I see it as a problem but too complacent that I'd be able to get things done anyway. This course made me realize that I could avoid unnecessary stress and be more productive at the same time if I stop the habit of delaying. This applies to my personal and professional life.

Very informative. Made a lot of realizations and it made me self-aware of my practices (that I am un-subconsciously procrastinating) Thanks to this course. Might even have to go back to this every now and then.

This was a GREAT course! I've been fighting with procrastination for the past couple of years and have recently started reading articles/blogs about the topic to understand how to deal with it. I must say that this course is by far the best resource I have found on the topic so far. The information is structured extremely well, there are plenty of useful insights and most importantly, this course has given me a few tools and strategies I can implement immediately in my day 2 day routine that will help me overcome my procrastination. Definitely rating this course 5 stars!
