I have bought a number of Jeff's classes and have learned a ton of stuff. The only thing about this course is that he went to fast. This is a course for someone with experience and some experience trading using PUTS and options. I will refer back to it after more education. That was only reason I gave it 4 stars. Easy to follow and understand. Topics of importance are repeated for clarity. I can't wait to implement the strategies. I would strongly recommend to anyone not familiar with options, that they listen to the lectures at least a couple times to really understand the concepts the instructor is trying to teach.

Good course, Jeff is an excellent instructor...clear and concise. This course gives an excellent explanation of using the Protective put with the purchase of a stock to insure, or "hedge" against big losses.
Another good feature of this course is the use of a collar trade, which not many people know about. You can actually make a trade risk-less, believe it or not, if done properly.

This was/is a great class with a great instructor. I felt the information was extremely well presented and that he is extremely knowledgeable. This would be a great class for any level trader for a person who has never traded the information presented is very clear and well organized, and for a more experienced trader like myself there were items presented in a way that I had never seen before or done in a way I never thought of.

If you are an experienced stock trader but never has any knowledge about options, this course will definitely be a open-mind course, probably best 30 minutes you spent in your entire trading life - sometimes we just don't know there is a powerful tool that could solve our problem. But I definitely not recommend people begin trading options just by learning this course, options are not rocket science but you definitely need some serious knowledge before you put your money on risk. overall i will recommend this course to anyone as a brief introduction on how to combine options and stocks to achieve better investment result.

I viewed the title as a baits, I can't believe I pay for this course to learn to buy a put option. The first half of the course is to tell you 10 times how stop loss won't work. It left you with 30min of real contents. I thought there will be a trading strategy that can avoid loss, oh no, it's just buying put options. You don't lose a stock trade, but you lose on premium. A lot of times, put options are more than 10% of the current value of the stock and it expires.

I truly believe that for the first time I've found a course on trading that was to the point with no missing pieces. The course is laid out in a way so easy to understand that I will teach my kids how to trade the markets using what I learned here. And that goes for all 4 of Jeff's courses, so you will see this review cut & pasted 3 more times :).

I never knew how easy trading stocks could be and the teacher shows you how to protect yourself so that you can't lose. It's incredible how easily things are explained. It is almost like anyone could do it with these techniques..

I found the instructor going over the concepts too fast it was hard to follow. I know I can go over the videos but I do prefer if he took the time to explain by slowing down. Also no mention of how to setup demo account to practice the concepts so the course is not good for newbie.

Detailed explanation of the strategy used in Jeff's Million Dollar course. Not worth pausing the Million Dollar course to come over & view this course though. It's best to watch it after.
Not 5 stars because there is no money or risk management so you should research this elsewhere. Not 3 stars because, although a short course, this is probably a good course to take if you decide only to take one of Jeff's courses, since it stands by itself. Yes, you will have to learn more about stock screening but he hints at this in one of his tips/bonus sections and there is a lot of information out there on this on the net.

In this course, Jeff takes some complicated ideas and makes them simple and approachable even for a trading novice like me. His style is pleasant and engaging; the lectures are well paced; and when I finished the course I felt that I understood the strategy and the advantage it provides for those who want excellent protection for their investments. I liked this course enough to purchase 2 more Udemy offerings from Jeff Tompkins.
