The concept is brilliant ie. using a virtual platform, being able to purchase all videos, bringing together people from multiple locations, sharing different perspectives, insights and expertise. A few speakers were less engaging and/or less clear in their messaging than others; though still added value. Great examples are Tom Dawkins, Tony Loyd and Kylie Hansen.

I really liked the essence of what Alex said. He distilled any theory into what I know intuitively-honesty, trust in myself and wanting to learn from experience and mistakes. Bringing these qualities into everyday life and work is enriching and the reflective practitioner approach that is shared reinforces personal value and confidence to do some good. Thank you, Cathy
