Why take this course?

This course will teach how to start hacking and making money at HackerOne – the most popular bug hunting platform. At HackerOne you can legally hack some of the biggest companies (Twitter, Uber, Yahoo, Coinbase, Slack, etc.), and you can get paid for your findings. You can earn for example $100, $1,000 or $10,000 per one bug. It’s just amazing. All you need are Internet connection and knowledge.

Yes, you need knowledge and this is exactly what I’m going to give you in this course. I’m one of the top hackers at HackerOne (among more than 100,000 registered hackers), and I really know how to make money out there. If you want to become a successful bug hunter, but you don't know how to start, then this course is just for you.

You will learn about 5 bugs that I recommend you to start with (these bugs have been successful for me for years). Here are these bugs:

1. Automatic Leakage of Password Reset Link
2. Getting Access to the Account of the Logged Out User
3. Insecure Processing of Credit Card Data
4. Disclosure of Authentication Cookie
5. User Enumeration

For every single bug there is a DEMO so that you can see how to find these bugs step-by-step in practice.

Are you ready to become a bug hunter? Let’s enroll to this course and start an exciting journey.

If you are interested in the next 5 bugs that really work, then I also recommend you to see the follow-up course "Keep Hacking at HackerOne".

Nicely done and to the point. Author discusses important and relevant tips on how to do big bounties based on his experience , tips you do not get easily anywhere

Hello everybody! It is simple short course for beginners who want to earn money at hackerone. But there are some moments, following to profile of Dawid in hackerone, his reports were till 2018 years. Need to understand, 5 bugs are really actually working now, or many programs like natsparker, acunetix and etc. just testsd it automatically and developers always can close those bugs absolutelly! Well, maybe author will reply and clear situation for 2021.

Excellent cours, très fluide, les démos sont très claires. L'anglais parlé est parfaitement compréhensible et pas trop rapide ce qui rend ce cours très appréciable

Yes. I really wanted a practical course on how to learn in a focussed, strategic way. It does not provide everything as you separately need to acquire and learn about a testing environment and how to write reports. I would use Kali Linux which may include Burpsuite. So the course assumes you have roughly that level of preparedness (which is very fair given the short length of the course). After that it shows repeatable throughly explained examples for each of five worthwhile bugs. My background is more arts than sciences and even I could follow the worked examples. Very clear language used. I rate it highly indeed.

The lector is showing how the bugs are detected. But he does not explain how the attacker can exploit those bugs and he does not explain how the possible victim can protect from it For a pro, it might be clear. But these courses are made for beginners and not for experts because an expert does not need them. Another example: He uses BurpSuite to intercept data but he does not explain the tool at all, and he does not explain how to set it up to intercept data. Again, for an expert it might be okay. But not for a beginner. And when I pay money, I expect those information in the course.

This course just gave some general information about Hackerone, which I already knew. The rest was a security class :) I did not need a security class. I thought I will learn how to document bugs and send them over to the companies.

A very good introduction. Dawid speaks well and his presentations are clearly shown and the techniques clearly demonstrated. I finished the course wanting more !

I liked the course very much. It was very well explained, but many parts have been to basic for me. However, I am currently working in security and would recommend this course to people who want to get into security. If you have been working in security for some time, most of this should be known to you.

There are some discrepsensins in description with actual bug examples. Recomended for bug hunter to focus on high and medium impact bugs. But in technical details you have "missing autocomplete option", or "secure flag" on cookie.

This was a decent course introduction, the one comment I'd make is what is the main audience you want to cater to, however as I go further through the videos I'll get a better understanding.

The information given is below basic and no information was ever given on what companies you should start with if there are so many companies willing to pay hackers what are they.
