What you will learn

At the end of this course, the students that have taken my pre requisites courses will be able to ‘view the path’ that will allow them to expose their experience and resume to recruiters and employers that require SQL Server Production Administrators

Why take this course?

This course is specifically designed for those student that have or are taking my pre - requisites courses: Learn T-SQL, SQL Server Administration Part 1, 2, 3 and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).  It will guide them to the next step of understanding what is required for seeking out a SQL Server Administration job and what to expect when applying for a job.  It will guide them in how to create a simple resume, upload their resume on popular IT websites, and allow them to delve into learning about what questions to expect during interviews

Students - make sure to take all courses he suggests in order Raf - I just wanted to thank you for all your courses. I was able to land a SQL Databases Administrator job and starting next month. I can't thank you enough how much your courses have helped me become a DBA. Also will be using Azure at my new company so I'm excited to finish your new courses too. Again, I appreciate what you do!

The instructor did well with details and also providing his own experience instead of making it up. It would be nice if he had some Youtube videos that he would recommend for furthering my education on the job getting process.

I thought Raf gave good advice for someone like me who is just starting out as a Junior DBA, trying to get their first job. Nothing is guarantee in this world and no job is promise. But He gives good sound advice and good directions as to where to start. Thanks

Raphael Asghar is a competent 'Production SQL Database Administrator' and a great teacher. He is speaking for experience. Anyone can follow his footsteps by doing his 7 courses in Microsoft SQL Database administration here at Udemy than get a job as DBA and climb the ladder from junior DBA to Senior DBA in real LIFE.

This is a very good course. I am an Oracle DBA, and I find that this course can also help me find any other job in Oracle as well. Even though I am an Oracle DBA, I am interested in SQL servers too. I also have three SQL servers, and one more in the making coming up in August of this 2016, that I am responsible for. Well, Raphael, I rate this course A++. Thanks a lot indeed for everything you do for all of us interested in this area of technology.

Not my favorite course from Raphael. It's informative, but it seems as though its development was rushed a bit. His instructional courses are worth every cent. This one lacks the strong structure and tone of the others.
