Though Structured query language or SQL is ~50 years old but Microsoft SQL Server came into existence in the late 80s. Nowadays, we use SQL Server Management Studio, i.e., SSMS to write SQL queries (also called T-SQL) and after the advent of its cloud computing offering called Microsoft Azure, role of SSMS has been extended as it can connect to Azure SQL and Azure Synapse servers and run SQL queries.

If you notice, the instructor has tried their best in depicting all the necessary things without even specifying that they are showing it, like, use of square brackets while using columns and the errors faced by them makes it more realistic as we also face similar problems while working in companies. This is the course I wish I had found 3 years back when I was trying to get into data analyst role. Scenario based and structured learning makes this course standout. One should start the SQL learning journey from this course and then other SQL books or jargon to deep dive if required.
