I really like the approach of building on bits of knowledge in bite-sized pieces. It makes it easier to learn as I fit time for taking the course into other things going on in my schedule. The instructor does a great job of explaining things.

I think you need to more deeper explain of Spring Security class architecture and how it works with more examples. For first time and for begginers, I think, current lessons are enoung.

First of all, I would like to thank the instructor for the effort that he put into the course. However, I can't recommend the course. The course is cut from various courses so some parts do not really fit each other. Some lectures start with: "Lest's implement authorization server ..." without a proper explanation, of what it is about, or why we should implement it. You might copy the code and secure some rest controller, but you won't be able to understand the world of spring security. The course just shows one use case but you won't be able to come up with your own implementations because the course does not explain, how that all works under the hood. I am sorry to say that but try to search somewhere else if you want to understand spring security.

This Course is outdated. Please update the course with the latest concepts of Spring Security. Most of the features are deprecated in the Spring Security used by the Author.

The course gives a reasonably fundamental view of Spring security. It doesn't go deep enough to apply the more advanced JPA concepts for doing basic things like updating passwords, managing users, deleting users and performing administration of a security application.

Very nice lectures, practical concepts. Quick response to doubts and queries. Thanks Bharath sir. My only concern is instead of using postman , you could have explained , how it can be used in a web application and implement the tokens internally in code. Since all places postman is used , i think there is some knowledge gap created. Investing nearly 6 hours of time here, if any samples included for the above mentioned scenario will be helpful

Very good course on spring security. This course covered all the important topics in spring security. But my opinion is... 1) Fully concentrated spring security section (token based jwt or AES) with only rest api's as real world service and also considering swagger, actuators etc. would be more helpful. I felt instructor spent less time around restfull api's compared to java web application. 2) Now a days no one building front-end with jsp (java web app), so instructor shouldn't have spend much time on it.
