I really liked this course! The instructor explained everything clearly and so it was easy to understand and to follow along. Mr. Grey knows a lot and it shows through his videos. The best part about it, is that it's a very active program that doesn't use any equipment apart from your body and a few square inches of space. This is an excellent course, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to start exercising.

Very thorough, well paced and easy to follow. The instructor clearly knows the material and explains each move thoroughly. I will incorporate into my daily morning routines. The10 minute follow along which put all the stretches/movements together were brilliant. One of my favourites of >200 Udemy courses.

Great teaching, very good content, and very different from the typical body weight exercise programs out there. Spit fire takes your body through some very unbalanced and atypical movements to develop motor control that seems much more real-world than the usual exercises. I hope to see more from this author! Great job!

Les postures sont très clairement détaillées et font travailler toutes les chaines musculaires.. Le seul bémol qui n' a rien à voir avec ce cours mais qui est commun à toutes les autres vidéos sur UDEMY c' est la lenteur de téléchargement qui est insupportable quand on veut suivre le cours..Dommage..!!
