It would more useful, If the trainer explain more in-depth about the product installation and working environment solutions. A more in-depth explanation will be useful, regarding the SAM application with other working components.

The overall course was good, but the video times didn't match the course content. In some of the sections the video didn't play or only lasted seconds, not the time specified in the course content (specifically Section 4 and Section 14).

I must say that there are not so much content for SolarWinds and this one is really helpful and got to know some new things but This course is very basic and did not dive into the details which is required to actually work in a production environment. Troubleshooting part can also be improved to cover wider variety of issues. But over all it is a very good and must recommended to any one who is new to SAM but not for Advance level professionals.
