A lot of great Ideas and impulses. I like the style of the lecturer because you can really fell his passion about it.

Most of the information could be synthesized in shorter video, too many repetitions and going over and over the same idea. Most of the information was general information, was needed more specific details in some points. I would say that the presentation was mostly for the beginners, I just found it a bit boring and too broad... I was looking for something more professional, but overall was ok, was just a good reminder of whatever I had learnt in Hospitality School. I wish I could learn some new stuff too.

I found lecturer hard to follow what he was saying and in the way he spoke it really was not clear. He turned away too much to read the board by the side of him. Too distracting!! He was too long winded in explaining the information
