This is a good session, for someone who has no clue on how to set goals and proceed with them. As a suggestion, It would be good to start off with a bad goal and build up the example to show the SMART features in them.

I've been "in business" for 20 years (meaning I've had adult jobs) and have never been good at setting goals for myself. I appreciate Matthew's easy to follow approach. I've heard the "S.M.A.R.T. Goal" acronym for years, yet it's always felt out of reach. Perhaps I didn't believe in my own worth, but Matthew's approach and explanation of what each piece means, makes the "S.M.A.R.T." Goal feel more do-able to me now.
