How difficult is Yoga Body?

I not returning this course because is really well made and clearly he knows what is doing, but it should not be categorized as beginners and in between pre-requirements should say to be in shape and know some basic gym exercises, I purchased this course with idea of starting yoga from zero. This not works for me at this moment hopefully it will once I get myself in better shape

this yoga workout thing is brutal, seriously, don't let yourself be misled by any preconceived notion you had about yoga like I did. 10 minutes in and I was dripping, at the of the first class I was literally trembling while having a real hard time to catch a breath. and it was only the beginners level! and the best of all, it's a low impact exercise, intense, but it's really gentle on the joints and tendons. best way to sweat a lot, without feeling like your body was broken, running and weightlifting got nothing on it. absolutely recommend, it's worth every cent I've paid, and honestly I'd pay more

This course gave me exactly what I was looking for in a yoga workout. Each pose is explained very well and the instruction on how each pose should be felt was very useful as someone who is newer to yoga. I was able to not only maintain, but lose a few pounds during quarantine as well :)

Love the full body workout quick and short can be done in around 25 minutes and you feel it in the end. Basically all the important positions and stretches are compiled together in the 25 minute workout. Love it when I am running short on time. It can be improved if the workouts are a little longer, generally yoga workouts go for 1 hour, the full body workout was done in 25 minutes, although it was very effective. A more full exercise closer to the 50 minute or 1 hour range would be better

Truly enjoying this, I feel like I am getting a healthy high quality workout for flexibility and strength. Instructor is informative and not annoying even after you have repeated the workouts often! I appreciate the options for different experience levels too!

This the most over-hyped up masculine nonsense I've ever seen. I wanted an intense yoga workout more suited to men in terms of flexibility, where our natural strength lies, and poses that work best for our bodies. Instead I was hit with a barrage of *super-manly* terms like 'goal post arms' and 'turbo press ups' in a bleak warehouse. I don't think the ancient yogis were using the word 'turbo press up' when honing their craft. If you're not a total 'bro' (HA), stick to the free videos on YouTube. Toxic masculinity at its finest.
