I passed my CSSGB exam on the first try! I studied for 2 months, probably around 100-120 hours while working a full time job. Although, the exam doesn't provide you a score, I'm certain I got 95%+ of the questions correct. The ones I had trouble with were some of the unscored questions. I could tell because they were not in the CSSGB handbook and is likely from the new version coming out soon. This course follows the ASQ handbook and provides a better explanation of the principles. To provide the best possibility of passing the exam, you can take this course, read through the CSSGB handbook (the digital version is better to navigate), and take all the practice exams in the book and CD. The solutions give you a feel of how they approach the questions. In the exam, there were less than 7-8 calculations. I thought there was only 1 question related to using the reference charts in the Appendix.

Very well structured course, helps in understanding complex statistical terms and tools in a easy way. Highly recommend for candidates appearing for ASQ CSSGB test. This course is a supplement to the actual ASQ CSSGB Handbook, so make sure to go through the book cover to cover and this course will explain the concepts from the handbook in a simpler/engaging way. And yes Mr. Sandeep Kumar is very helpful and prompt in answering questions in the Q & A section, which helped me pass my exam on my first attempt comfortably.
