Why take this course?

This course about servo motor systems.We will control panasonic servo motor systems with puls and dir signals.

We must use the transistor output PLC. Because of thiswe will use S7 1212 dc/dc/dc. S7 1200 plc can control 4 servo motors with pulse-dir signals.

Pulse signal determines the motor speed and position.100,000 pulses per second sent at Total.

Dir signal determines the direction of rotation of the motor.

Servo motor control ways:

1-Puls and dir signal ( for positioning)

2-Analog signals (for speed and torque control)

3-Comminacitons (for positioning , speed and torque control)

We will use option 1 for this course.This method can be used for all servo and stepper motor systems.

We will continue to use real hardware.

The course is best fit for those who are already familiar with PLC and need to learn stepper motor and servo motor motion control.

good course for basic of motion control, but it should include some application project examples , i want some details expatiation of all motion control commands and close loop control of servo motor.

Too much video time used to prepare and connect wiring, These are tasks that could be complete prior to recording and use the video time to discuss programming.

I would wish that the training on Servo was covered in depth and more commands were explained.We were only limited to what the instructor covered and to the hardware he had.

First I want to say that I absolutely recommend the course. The instructor does a great job of keeping things moving, while still covering everything. I think this is a course for someone who already has PLC/Controls experience for sure. If you don't, you will probably be lost. This course made me realize I like short courses that get right to the point.

The whole tutorial has more or less only youtube knowledge. The price of 20 Euro is by far too high. 5 Euros would be acceptable.
