What to expect?

The course is broken down into 4 week segments, which aim to gradually build on your physical fitness using progressive exercise programming.

In week one you will learn the foundations to safely perform a range of simple yet effective bodyweight exercises.

By week four you will learn the intermediate versions of the exercises learned during the initial phase.


To compliment your physical fitness, you will also have access to a personalised nutrition plan that will help you better understand your nutritional requirements and how to achieve that.


And as motivation is the number one barrier between goals and success, there is a whole bunch of mindset training and toolkits provided to support you through the programme and throughout your health journey.

I consider myself to be quite an active person although I'd struggled with my weight for a long time. Someone had mentioned combining strength and HIIT although I worried how motivated I would be to really do it. I was recommended this course and I gave it a shot and I have been amazed at the results. Emma has the perfect combo of training and nutrition down to help you lose weight and also gain numerous other benefits. I not only dropped almost a stone on this plan but I have more energy because I'm eating better and doing the right training. The course itself was intense but Emma got me through it with her friendly and incredibly motivating attitude. She knows you can do it. I've now dropped the intensity but still using the videos to maintain my training and nutrition. You also get instructional videos on how to do each exercise which coming from a non gym background I really needed in order to maintain correct form and get the most from all the sessions. She's turned my health around - I couldn't recommend her more.

I am so glad that I joined this work out It has variations, it has slow progress to flexibility. My body has become so flexible in the past four weeks 4 1/2 now this is the fifth week I am continuing still, it might not have done much to my stubborn weight or inches, but it has given me the joy of exercising back which I used to have at one point of time. The workouts were easy to follow, challenging in a good way and certainly achievable. Also extremely motivating, which helps such a lot and keeps you interested and wanting to continue with it. I found my energy levels improved and I felt good after completing the workouts. The advice on nutrition and also on stress management were excellent and were really helpful and very informative. All in all I found it to be a very good programme to follow and it covered everything I needed.

I really enjoyed this course. I found it challenging but achievable and I was able do the workouts anywhere. This was really vital for me as I travel a lot of work. There was helpful nutrition advice and a useful workout library. I also really liked the supportive stress management and emotional wellbeing tools. Highly recommended.

Brilliant course, and great that it's body weight only so you dont need any kit. It gets pretty intense if you keep up with the timetable but you can really see your fitness improve. And the great thing about it being on demand is that you can go at your own pace if you need an extra rest day now and again. If I think back to how hard it was to hold a plank position at the start and compare it to the end, so much easier! Now I'm going to keep using the workouts to maintain the improved fitness. Thanks Emma!

Really loved this holistic approach to health and fitness. The workouts were challenging but achievable and I have really noticed a difference in my fitness!! More than anything, it has given me the boost of motivation I needed to get back into fitness. The mindset elements of the course have provided me with some great tools to continue working on lowering stress. Loved it!
