Many aspects of the site felt unaddressed. eg. should user be able to checkout if the shopping cart is empty

Yes, very good! The only part that is lacking is it should have included calculating and totaling shipping costs too, by weight or quantity. Then you'd have a complete package and for me personally this course would have been much more useful.

Great course. In depth explanations. Works with paypal. It would have been nice to see a credit card example, even if we didn't work through it in detail. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to learn how to build a shopping cart.

This is what I needed to learn. It is explained very well. Only problem is some of the syntax has changed in bootstrap v4. Still I have been able to follow after making changes.

Good teaching. Code examples come up occasionally but even on a big monitor I found some of the syntax hard to read, for instance ':' vs ';'. Main criticism I find things go past quite quickly, I do need to pause and go forward and back a lot.

This course is amazing, he doesnt copy and paste code like other teachers. I really like that he does what is in his mind and as he finds mistakes he fixes them and improves his code. This course and teacher should deserve 6 stars but unfortunately I could only give 5. You wont regret buying this course.

The information is good and the course is delivering on its promise. My website is coming together! My only critique is that there is not a lot of detail on why the code works, and thus troubleshooting is very difficult. I am not sure I would be able to replicate this after viewing without taking a lot of time to examine the code. I recommend having a firm grasp of javascript and jquery before attempting and be very comfortable with object manipulation. If you have that this course teaches some awesome tools.

The cart doesn't have the delete/update item function in the Jquery and when an item in the shopping cart that is 0, PayPal can't process the order.

Extremely smart and does a great job on walking through the steps. I am familiar with bootstrap and I learned quite a bit going through the class! Definitely worth your time. I feel so much more confident in my ability to take on new projects and clients. It would be very beneficial to add the delete functionality as part of the course. Thank you!

Very clear step-by-step course of how to create a simple electronic shop. The implementation might be simplistic, however, the ideas introduced are easy to digest and spare a lot of development time, and effort. Consider this course as a productivity tool must have in your tool set! Definitely recommended for the ambitious junior front-end developer!
