Is this course using Shopify CLI?!

Unfortunately not. I would like to update this course to use Shopify CLI instead of ThemeKit but unfortunately, it will just cost me a lot of time since most of the lessons are using ThemeKit. I'd rather just create a separate course for Shopify CLI theme development.

The video content is out of date and does not match the current Shopify website. There is a LOT of guesswork in finding the locations for content online to carry out what instructor is asking me to do. Because of this, it makes for a frustration introduction that could be remedied with updated instructions that more accurately match Shopify's website. In short, please keep your content up-to-date if your asking people to pay for the course.

Course is amazing, but out dated i think i should apply for refund. No better support for updates nor updated the sections which is no more supported by shopify For new buyers better to buy his another course he is great instructor for shopify but this course is not good one.

A lot of these tips seem to be outdated and this is not set up for Mac users. It took me about 3 weeks to go through the the first 3 lessons (which last for 36 minutes on total) and when I finally got to the content page I wasn't able to connect the VS code app to my shopify store which meant I wasn't able to make custom sections. I've left multiple comments asking for the creators help in the last month and have heard nothing. I've requested a refund after hours and hours of trying to get this to work which is hugely frustrating and disappointing. First time using Udemy and will be staying well clear in future.

Talking is a little bit fast, been awkward having to quickly jump back and forth to follow steps and to not miss anything. Course is just following along and completing all the required template files, with some small explanations thrown in. Works for me for now, but unsure if the information will stick over time. Other than that, content is great for people wanting a great template to build themes from.
