This course is very interesting, a lot of good tips. I didn't like that some videos very repeating, more examples would be appreciated.

The pace of the course is just right. The speaker voice is clear and good, able to emphasize on the important points. Video to show what is a bad example is good and how it should be done right.

I enjoy the small acting parts paired with the dialogue. It paints a good picture when conveying points in the lesson.
The short quizzes also help me to ensure I understand correctly.

This is good information and a refresher for me as I have been in a leadership role for some time. The training I received was sub par and I was using my natural abilities a lot. I like this as it follows was I always try to use.
