I´m very happy with the course it´s a very well exposed and explained introduction to the seven quality tools. also is a good aproach to the most statistic tools that can be used in DMAIC phases of the Six Sigma Projects. The course starts with an introduction to the quality history and mention the work of the quality gurus. then the teacher explains the seven tools and makes an example in microsoft excel of each tool, you can download the exemples in microsoft excel. The course seem short but is enough to aquire the basic concepts. I recomended for both non experienced and experienced ones in quality departments. Well done teacher, thanks a lot.

Great course will totally recommend for aspirants trying to learn the 7 QC tools, the accent of the instructor is great, the points have been explained thoroughly with examples and charts in every lecture. Not only that but the advantages, disadvantages and applications of these tools have also been explained. Great value for money 5/5

The Tutor seems not having adequate practical experience in explaining the tools from the perspectives of construction, where to use, how to interpret, different applications, interpretation and benefits.
