Hey all, I am happy that you are looking to my course. Are you looking to provide a Wireless solution to your customer and you don't know from where to start? Is your knowledge in networking is not too high? That's not a problem at all. In this course I will show you, without the need to have a deep IT background, how to deploy a wireless network to your customer or even to your house using Ubiquiti UniFi products. This will include the router, the switch, the UCK and AP's.

The course will start with an email that I have received from a hotel owner asking me that he wants to deploy a wireless network to his hotel so users can get connected to the internet. He mentioned in his email what are his requirements, and based on that I will build up a LAB at home and will apply what he wants in a home LAB. While doing that, I will explain to you step by step what I am doing so by end of the course you will have a full understanding of how I could assemble everything together to have a complete solution to my customer.

This course will be based on LABS and only LABS. I will say in the course what minimum equipment you require to be able to follow this course.

By the last part of this course, I will show you some important features that you can use in Ubiquiti UniFi so you can provide an added-value solution to your customer.

with this course It meet what the name of the course, but it should have go over the rest of the setting to secure the network you are trying to set up.

The instructor seems to be speaking to students of a similar knowledge base to him; I don't have a knowledge base of abbreviations relating to this field, nor a technical understanding of it. I'm not gaining an understanding of why each piece of equipment should be used, and what it should be used for. It seems like more of an instruction video for IT literate people (without Unifi product knowledge) to be able to complete a set-up using Unifi equipment.

Nice ground-level intro to Ubiquiti. The course was clear and informative. The foundation was set and built upon to present a very useable product. The presenter was able to convey the information in a calming and enjoyable way.

Like the content especially the DPI Blocking Rule. Not sure if there is a way to block access to specific sites per user rather than the selected network.

This is a simple and clear introductory course. The explanation is good. The automatic subtitles have some flaws, but if you listen carefully Maher is clear enough.

This is a great introductory course. The explanation is good. Auto-generated captions have some mistakes, but it is clear enough. I used a Debian based unifi controller which is free, and I was able to follow most of the instructions. The missing features are from the unifi gateway security. In any case I ended up with a working guest portal for wifi management.
