It was a good course. The trainer is fantastic and the material is well structured. I just expected a bit more details and more information, not just basic information, but I understand that is what I was looking for, not what was intended of this course.

There needs to be a better description before purchasing this course. I thought it would cover everything I need to know for ITIL, but it was honestly information I could get from Youtube for free.

The course was exactly what it pretends to be: an introduction to the ITIL4 world for beginners. Practices are quoted and not explained. It's short, straight to the point, interesting. The trainer is captivating. Read the summary, all what is promised is delivered within 2 hours. Good job!

Does not contain, at all, the information you need to pass ITIL 4 Foundations. The name is very misleading. Do NOT buy this expecting to pass the test.

ITIL4の資格取得を目指すものです。本コースの前に同様の日本語のコース(udemy)を受講しその後市販の日本語版書籍を一読しその後にこちらの英語のコースを受けたのですが、日本語では漠然としていてわかりにくかった一部の用語が英語ではどのような単語で表現されているのかを知ることでより具体的にイメージを持つことができて理解が深まりました。
