Normally I do not watch such courses. Hypnosis, not really something for me but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. And watched. I like the pace, the content, and to my surprise, the hypnosis part. It was reassuring, relaxed and fully to the point. Very nice course.

This is OK but I do not think generalized hypnotic suggestions are effective. You need to be with the therapist and he needs to know you, watch you during the session, and utilize what he learns in doing the therapy. it should emerge from the interaction. None of that is possible in a one size fits all program.

The lectures are very thorough and cover all aspects of losing weight. My one quibble is that the music that accompanies the hypnosis sessions is too loud. It rivals the voice in volume and at times the two blend, making it difficult to understand what he is saying. As a caveat I have to say that I have impaired hearing (high frequency hearing loss and tinnitus) so I'm sure that enters into it but it would be helpful if the background mucis was truly background and less loud.
