The Instructor speaks with good energy, there was however nothing referenced to support the content. While the informal dialogue was easy to follow, the ideas presented could have been supplemented by additional readings/resources.

WOW, very helpful and winderful to hear. I come from a background where I taught and conditioned to think the exact opposite of most of this so hearing it was great, especially hearing about being unrealistic about your goal. Thank you so much Chris

It felt more like a personal conversation with an elder brother. Thank you so much, and few points were really worth noting down. Keep up Big Bro

Expected a bit more from this course. There are at times where I felt that things are repetative. However, the Instructor tried to gave his best. Its more of a general discussion

Good and practical info on complying to limitations that you set on yourself. Presentation might not be considered as state of the art but on the other hand it is obvious that Chris has gone through all stuff he is talking about which is very inspiring. Thank you for sharing Chris, dg

Sorry to give such a low rating on a free course but this was really poor. It felt like you wrote the notes for it in 10 minutes and stretched them out by repeating the same points multiple times. Video 4 has half of video three at the start, and ultimately the whole thing lacked any structure. You did make a lot of good points, although there were a lot of basic truisms, you didn't support any of it with any statistics, examples, research, anything like that.

I liked the suggestion that to keep out of evil things be engage i.e repetitively do something. Taking challenge on new year Take the goal which is reasonable in nature i.e not too easy/hard. Thank you

This young instructor disgust a lot about how much he cares about his curiosity experience growing up in this new world and I think that that is very gain.

Helpful course! I cannot complain since it was a free course but it could have been better. Creator had done good research and most of the points were spot on. It saved me time. Doing research online is not practical anymore. There is more fluff than meaningful content so Yes, Chris has done a good job. This was my first course on udemy and I am happy with the outcome.

Overall the material is good, just the fact that it was done late at night seemed the instructor was just doing it to have it done and finished.

It is a good match for me because he explained and offered suggestions in very plain and easy to understand language. I wrote everything down because his information was helpful. He moved at a nice even pace that allowed me to listen and absorb what he was saying and write it down at the same time. He did make me sleepy though because he was yawning. I need a nap now. : -)

Very good for an off-the-cuff talk, Would of liked it if the instructore mentioned that willpower is actually limited and the new research on that. Love the energy and the charisma and the naturalness of his delivery, very relateable.
