Very basic with maybe 1+ hour of breaks built in to the videos. I was hoping for more actionable training actions. Websites or Apps for training other than Spritzlet which as stated is a crutch. Even what the author actually did in regards to the type of training for the championship and his training regimen. I feel it may be more valuable to actually offer a speed reading course.
