Yes.I was totally focused on getting my highest nightly rates. Lower rates made me nervous. I now understand av nightly rates. Q how do you factor in the higher rates for the business traveler then. If like me you are operating mostly leisure ( high end) with some corporate. Can only think that you make 1 night stays much higher. That is a faff to do isn't it?

Gives a great insight on the pricing. Have been operating my SA units for a while. Spent a good 30 minute working on the pricing spreadsheet and it was an eye opener. I now know my price points accurately and can update it with the changing cost. Highly recommend every one to go through this exercise and finding how much it actually cost and am sure you will have a few surprises. I liked how it was suggested to add the £10 for our own time !
