As someone who always found strength training overwhelming and/or intimidating, I feel like this course is perfect for those who know nearly nothing and don't know where to look. It's the basics; nothing more, nothing less. But in a time where everyone wants to standout and be "different" for the sake of, I find this course very valuable. I feel like I have a solid understanding to plan out my workouts and nutrition, now, and look forward to following the general guidelines of the course. With a plan of action in place, I hope to see results on account of having discipline and the right information.

I really liked the way he explained things with straight facts. I believe this is the best way to start my journey in fitness, if there is something that I feel is missing is like a good example on how a beginner should start eating or what should be the first goal. Anyway its really a simple guide explained straight and with all resourses you could need. Its great!

Its a good source for beginners to get insight of science behind muscle building, losing fat and bulking. This course dose justice with its title and added a-lot to my knowledge. The only negative thing that i have notice is repetition of same techniques that are described over and over.

Pretty informative for beginners! However, it'd be nice to have some interactivity such as short quizzes after each video segment. Also your voice is kinda monotonous after a while of listening :( - I need to feel more passion and energy from YOU! :) Cheers
