Sound is still "floating", but not a big issue. Content could be a little bit more detailed, like PI Planning content there is only a schedule of the meeting.

Good high level overview. However, the course was more focused on definitions. Real world examples to backup the definitions would have made it easier to understand and apply the concepts after the course.

This was a good match for me. I think I'm realizing that some of my projects, though not software, were done in an agile matter.

There is NO explanation on the principles stated. He is just reading out of the slides. There are NO examples given to contextualize the content. As a first learner of this topic, it is very hard to follow and then expect to gain any value that can be used in the project.

It's a very good topic, and you seem to be a very good professional. But you are boring and your explanations are not always clear. I got a kick out of the constant 'Right' comments at the end of sentences. I would neglect these, because they do not add to the learning, besides being annoying, and the lesson will not be interactive. Other than that, I liked the topic.

The instructor is quite difficult to understand and they tend to just read what's on the slide rather than adding additional value.

The use of Scrum as an introduction to SAFe is a very effective approach. In some ways, it helps to demystify the concepts that one is about to encounter in the SAFe literature. I think mini-case studies (let's say three or so) would be effective in breaking down the rather complex terminology and concepts. Perhaps this is an idea for a follow-up course to this one. Or perhaps appropriate case studies could be identified. For example, the case study could take the learner through how a Program Implement (PI) was conceptualized and planned, with the learner having an opportunity to interact with actual templates as part of the process and then having the ability to cross-check against the model answers provided by the Trainer. Experiential learning would assist in consolidating the rather complex concepts. A deck of templates would make the learning immediately applicable to one's program/project environment. Overall, a very good course that is well worth every penny. I have learned more about SAFe from these 7 hours, and I feel ready to tackle the next course, although I am not yet ready for the exams. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants an effective intro to Scrum and SAFe.

The communication is poor , its monotonous and more like a refresher than a detailed course . Someone with zero background on agile , i would not suggest this course. If you know the basics and are looking for a refresher , then go for it.

Very good explaination. Went through this after taking the 2 day training. Some relatable examples from day to day life would make it even better. Reached out to the trainer on Linkedin and he helped me by advising to take practice tests as-well. It boosted my confidence. I scored 91% with 3 weeks preparation. Thank you so much Sir.

- Very difficult to follow (I know it's not an easy topic), - in my opinion no need to introduce the concepts in that (official) order, first is a bunch of principles, values, that could go further in the course (why not?), Additionally the chapter "43. one complete program increment" should be the first one, - during many lessons the teacher uses acronyms that haven't been yet defined, but he says it like we already know... - It's too theoretical, just reading powerpoint. Would have been better to have from the beginning a real example to follow, a use case. There is not added value of real expertise in a project, just reading out loud information you can find in the internet. If there were for instance a couple of agile teams describe, that conform one agile train, with invented names and responsibilities, and then examples how core values and principles emerged would have been good to follow and not get bored. A complete scenario for the essential level. - The rally part helps a little bit as an example but you have to get there, maybe intercalate those examples in the middle of the theory would have help. - Time is so limited, teacher is repeating words: "right", "you already know", "thank you" that doesn't help concentration, and consumes time. Even double velocity. More slides with less text. In conclusion, I expected much more considering the C.V. and certifications of the teacher.
