Overall course is fine, but it would be better if we have a video on partner determination configuration in shipment doc.

Initial part of the course was quite good and it went really nice. However things started running thin around shipment cost document. The course is complete but I am still not clear how I can charge items from different shipment level in shipment cost document. I will need to go through other documents do clear my concepts. It would have been good if there was another example of shipment document created with multiple deliveries in it.

I had taken SAP's SCM611 many years ago so this was a perfect refresher. Lots of good info. The examples in Excel helped me understand better what was being done in SAP.

what are SAP's plan w.r.t to Shipment and shipment cost, are they going to continue with Shipments or will everything move to TM ? if you could talk more about that because then it give me some idea in-terms of how deep I should go or is it worth spending time and money or should I focus on new module i.e. TM.

This is the first time I have attended a class in this format and wondered how effective it would be. It was very effective and like the way explained/presented. The instructor was very knowledgeable and provided a wealth of information about the Shipment cost document configuration. Also, the Instructor was available to answer any questions.

The course content is really good, specially if someone wants to know about the pricing procedure being setup in the system for FTL and LTL etc. The only drawback I saw in the course is that couple of times there is a big lag between what he is speaking and what you see on the screen which makes it difficult to understand the content.

Thanks Abdul. Nice pace in presentation and excellent materials. I am a FICO analyst and mainly curious to see how Transportation Cost Document functionality worked behind the scenes. Current company I am with does not use ERS. This will give me some ammunition (bad word) since shipment cost documents are known done by PGI. Love the use of your spreadsheets. That is something I always would develop particularly for product costing workshops and generation of standards. Easier for people to connect in spreadsheet and with more everyday language. I took this course specifically for the shipment costing. However, I've learned more about the shipment creation process than I had learned previously and I think it could come in useful for my business partners in the future. Best part is, I haven't learned about shipment costing yet, so if its this good now, I have good hopes for the upcoming lessons. :)
