Conteúdo muito básico, legendas com muitos erros e o instrutor somente fazia a leitura de textos tornando o curso entediante. As vezes que navegou pelo sistema não haviam exemplos do assunto abordado e que poderiam dar maior clareza a explicação.

Low presentation skills, the tutor he is not able to explain the topic . And also he just reading the screen instead of explaining the topic . As a listener or a student need to get some intrest to listen and learn about the topic but here in this session i didnt get the intrest .

Como visión general es correcto, pero me hubiese gustado más navegación en lugar de capturas o complementarlas las capturas con más navegación. En este sentido el último video, me ha parecido el mejor. He tenido problema con algunos videos (12, 13, 22, 20, y 32) si bien al recargar la página o cerrar el navegador e iniciar los he podido solucionar.

In the middle, of the course, knowing the features of how CRM is managed will be important to determine which modules will be implemented in the projects.

I would like to take a course that shows me more demos on the SAP CRM system. A lot of contents that we really don't need on the daily basis.

The girl background is nonsensical and the overview of the SAP landscape has no structure and is confusing.

Instead of teaching CRM he is investing time..on other things.. It looses interest. He should be to the point for CRM... not for SAP ALL MODULES...

Hi, this course has to review, This course is not SAP begin course but has more than 1 hours of introduction to SAP. The instructor has NO Knowledge of Presentation. The course himself has not right structure most of the course has random topics without connection to the Lecture title. Instead of completed lecture and demonstrated in SAP/CRM system, the Instructor shift all to the end of the course than he mess with all the topics. Also the Instructor claim that the SAP/CRM system is mess by many training people and the results are wrong or can't saved. That nor the right method and had to prepare the example to save data and the example to show correct data. I'm looking for compensations from Udemy.

I am a SAP SD consultant. and learning CRM. This course got my attention when i was searching over the net about some online course. This course is strictly for the beginer who has no idea about SAP CRM the trainer has coverd only basic definations of the terms used in the sap and SAP modal of operation architect etc "anyone who is seeking a course for understanding the configuration part then this is NOT the course" To the trainer : Please mention your Target audience. Everyone cant be your target audience for a course like SAP CRM.
