The content is good, however, it will not play the rest of the course as I am stuck on Section 4. Module 17

Good visuals - well laid out. Trainers speaks clearly and fluently. I found some of the lessons and examples zipped through very rapidly so wasn't able to process and understand information without repeated replays of the lessons, which is very time intensive. On the whole I found the course enjoyable and informative, and good value for money.

This was a great overview of Salesforce for those who have little experience with it. It showed the power of the tool and how it can benefit a business if it is used with discipline and becomes part of the sales culture.

Good introductory course on Salesforce. I am not currently a user, so it was important for me to see not only how to use the system, but also how to integrate it for business purposes. Well done.

The teachers of this course speak very clearly and have a systematic method of teaching that is easy-to-follow. I highly recommend this course to anyone who is wanting to develop a broad level of understanding of Salesforce as it is truly the most well-structured course I have taken thus far on the subject.

The course was well worth the time spent. It's well organized and the two instructors presented the material clearly and at a pace that was easy to follow. I do have a couple of issues though. First, the sound quality is poor for some of the chapters. This is a shame since the quality, both sound and visual, are quite good for most of the course. Second, the run-time stated in the course description is not accurate. In fact, it's way off. The course is much shorter than I was lead to believe and it did not go into as much detail as I would have liked. Still, relative to other Salesforce courses it's well worth it. I would have given it five stars if the audio was good throughout and the course description was accurate.
