More detailed video with examples would have been an added advantage.. instead of adding resources those can be included in the session itself.

While I'm sure there is some good info here the teacher did not explain how I get into Salesforce in order to try it out and learn with her. Just watching videos of any program or application typically won't teach you - you must also be able to do it. I got a free trial to two different Salesforce products and even emailed Salesforce customer support but could not find the page she was on. I found out from another review that she was on Trailblazer. I'm very tech savvy but it is essential to have a basic intro video telling us where you are and how to get there. You could improve this course by creating an intro video explaining this.

Totally disappointed with this training course. I believe, having a content which helps to understand the concepts with live examples or short demos on configuration would help. I think I wasted my money with this training course. If I had to go through the salesforce help documentation, I would rather do it directly, dont need a pdf to provide me the hyperlinks.

I highly recommend this course for either anyone looking to sharpen up their knowledge before the Email Specialist Certification Exam or anyone Admin/Marketing Users setting out on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The course covers all the topics required and the resources documents are quite helpful. But the hands on explanation in the videos is not good. It is kind of incomplete.
