Maintain Your Certification

Once you take and pass your exam (woo hoo!), how do you maintain your certification?

To maintain Salesforce Certification credentials, all certified professionals must successfully complete release maintenance exams specific to their credential. So you’re required to complete a Salesforce Administrator certification maintenance module on Trailhead once a year. If you don’t complete your maintenance requirements by the completion due date, your credentials expire.

1. A lot of Spelling mistakes 2. Missing explanations as to why an answer is Incorrect or correct 3. Answer to Q36 is also incorrect.

Quite disappointed. A lot of spelling errors that make the questions/answers confusing. No explanation of the answers. Some appear to be incorrect answers, but unable to properly analyze without explanation of the confusing questions. I have a hard time believing the actual exam would be like this. I think perhaps the seller here probably copied and pasted this from some other source hurriedly and didn't look over his work. Reports say others have reported the same, but there is no response to their report.

Questions are not always clear. The answer is incorrect in Question 36 in Practice 1. Analysis Phase entails gathering requirements, process maps, and create user stories. And not testing or training. That is in the next phases of the ALM process.

Some of the questions are wrong, I have left comments, but they have been more than five days,s and no one has answered. On a different subject, it worries me that Udemy does not check the quality of the content of the courses, this is like the third bank of exams I bought for the business analyst and all of them have the same problems, wrong questions, and very high response time. The people like me that buy this type of content really trust that the material is right or constantly updated, for some of us this is the last source of training and preparation for the test, but I guess I can't fully trust these exams a 100% anymore.
