I really like the narrator and I can clearly understand the objectives required to improve myself and become a good sales person. Prospecting and gatekeeper chapters are very useful to understand how to prepare your phone call and engage the conversation with the gatekeeper.

I think it is a little too basic. I expected some detail on prospecting techniques (specific strategies, step-by-step guide), to be honest.

Very nice course, lots of useful concepts. I am a beginner sales engineer, and the course had at least inspired me with some of its concepts. Overall I think it will be usefull in the longterm.

Generally good information and a great refresher for anybody who has been in sales. I found there was no take away in the form of slides (one slide per lesson) and there were no real notes. Good information though

I recently started as a Sales Rep and had little to no experience in the prospecting area, so this course has helped me in having a better understanding as to how and what makes prospecting successful. Obviously these tools will be adapted to my style, needs and market, but as a start it has been invaluable. Congratulations, this has been a great experience I'm sure to revisit many times. The lectures are broken out into very effective groups which will allow you to specifically focus on each and every step of the sales prospecting process. Sales isn't easy and not everyone can do it. This guy makes selling easy, the course is well designed and takes you step by step and gives some excellent tips along the way including how to over-come "phone fear". If your looking in to a sales course for you or for staff then I would highly recommend considering this course. Great Job, David and im looking forward to seeing more.
