This is right on point... You can't scale dependency. I need to let my people do their job instead of micromanaging them. They need to know I trust them to deliver and that is real coaching.

This training is really great! I've only completed the 2 lessons in this course so far. However, the training is helping to really look inwardly and look for ways for me to improve my mindset so that I can be the manager my team needs me to be.
