Hi, I think that it is a good match for anyone looking to get better negotiation tips, in order to be focused on what you may encounter; preparation would be the key for a good negotiation, basically doing the research to check salaries in other companies.

I think the course was good and it was pretty quick. One thing that was missing was that they could've included some actual case studies of negotiations that have happened to real people. So eg of a successful negotiation for a new job, and unsuccessful negotiation for a new job, A successful negotiation for a raise at an existing job, exmaples of how emotions ruined actual negotiations. Examples of stuff that HRs say when interviewing for a role, at what point should you discuss comp with them and how. To that extent I found the course somewhat lacking. But still it wasnt too bad as I got good value out of it. Recommend if you can get the course cheap.

Excellent. To the point, and really constructive and useful advice which I will certainly put in to practice. Thank you. A couple of suggestions for improvements: - Some role plays with analysis of do's and don'ts would be great, to see things put into practice. E.g. a role play with "what not to do" and a role play with "what to do." It would help to embed the theory from the course imo. - Some more material on the soft skills needed to create a positive interaction with the employer/interviewer, i.e. some advice on how to present yourself to someone else to give the best impression, to help people warm to you. How not to put someone's nose out of joint when your asking them for something, basically :-)

I liked the sectioning as well as the topics which where mentioned. However, it was very theoretical and I would have liked more hands-on/ examples which explain the tools in action.
