Corso molto interessante sopratutto nella parte finale dove si parla di concetti più ricercati come il CO-TERM, i SLA e le OPT OUT CLAUSE. Può essere svolto da pricipianti o da persone più esperte. Nel caso siate esperti difficilmente troverete moltissimi spunti ma per me è stato utile un ripasso generale e la conferma di quello che già conoscevo.

Good SaaS fundamentals for someone who already has a commercial contracting expertise. I'd be curious of deeper topics that get negotiated, like events for indemnity and liability.

Well presented, clear but to the point. However, it sometimes felt like a B2B Sales Commercial fundamental course rather than SaaS specific. Perhaps bit more indepth information on SaaS and Sales would be preferred
