Is a great short overview of running! Mostly for complete beginners but you may be a bit into your journey of running and still find this useful

They start slowly by providing the necessity of warm-ups, cautions like not listening to music,. good advices on using right shoes, clothes, trackers, psychological effect of running and how active and energetic we can be ... instructions are clear and crisp.. recommend to include more warm-ups and how to use the foot for running for the beginners. I am 36 old with 95 kg. after continuosly running for 2 weeks I got sprain in the left leg though I can very slowly for 6 km/hr.. so suggestions on running postures would be greatly appriated.
