AI generated, bad audio, narration just reads off of slides. It's jarring to listen to, belabors obvious points, and doesn't highlight key content. If I'm lucky maybe I'll learn something useful from it, but I'm not holding my breath.

Don't just describe things like Pareto and fishbone without giving a visual example. Some of us learn that way and need that to be able to understand it.

There are no clear examples about how to use the described techniques, only theory, which is necessary, but not graphical examples where to check the theory against real cases.

The focus of this course is more on how to handle identified root causes rather than how to do the root cause analysis by itself. The classic 5 why technique is explained well but then the majority of the time is spent on pareto diagrams explaining how to prioritize rather than conducting root cause analysis. Fishbone is only shown very brief and that's it. Looks like the presenter has a clear background in project management but not in root cause analysis. I found it irritating to mention techniques such as SMART for the definition of a problem as this is used for goals rather than root causes (and the course does not explain why SMART is related here). I expected more details on different ways on how to conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying problem. This course however focuses more on the way on how to deal with the results.
