The RCA techniques were very beneficial in providing an preliminary overview. However, some the the background examination could be strengthened (factors less of multidisciplinary/interdisciplinary view to risk management). Overall, worth review of course.

I found it extremely difficult to understand the tutor. I used the Translate function but even that didn't help as it couldn't translate some of what was being said. I have calculated that this should have taken me 71 minutes to complete this course, it actually took me 2 days.

The course was really great and very effective...Now I could understand about RCSA. The lecturer explained lots of information and lots of useful strategies about Risk and their methodologies. Thank you very much mam!

The course could be structured much better. It was often hard to follow what the lady was saying. The content is not new to me however, I found it very hard to understand. Also there were some grammatical errors and the quality of the slides could be better.
