What you will learn

Create templates with settings suitable for mechanical design

Carry out energy analysis based on building data

Create thermal load reports

Export to external simulation software using gbXML

Create mechanical systems within Revit

Create piping system for mechanical installations

Design duct and pipe sizes from BIM model

Why take this course?

In this course we will concentrate on the use of Revit tools that assist us in performing energy analysis of buildings. We will see how to enter energy information in our model and how to export this information for treatment outside of Revit.

#AulaGEO

In the final section, we will pay attention to creating logical duct and pipe systems, creating those elements, and using the Revit engine to design sizes and verify performance.

This instructor is clear and concise with her teaching. the unit didnt need to be 16+ hours because she is thorough, yet well paced. KUDOS.

Awful course. Badly planned and awfully delivered. The given examples are unclear and worthless. The instructor speaks a hardly understandable english, makes unnecessary pauses during (relatively) fluent speaking just in the middle of the phrase. I went through half of the course and managed to learn absolutely NOTHING. A total waste of time, money, and effort.

The way she was explanning the things are very confusing, it's not clear, specially the energy anylasis. don't found this interesting, the instructor should explain all the easy ways to make the things, but many times she has spell out that it's not so easy and all. i am not satisfied at all with this.
