Yes, Mary reinforced what I had learned already on my own. Mary thought are of two instructors that I took last winter they seem to be at the same knowledge when it comes to Fibromyalgia.

This course really breaks down the syndrome and has help relieve some of the guilt I have felt about not being to keep up the with pace of living that I see others maintain with ease.
