My name is Morgan, and I'm a Massage Therapist and author of the Reverse Your Pain book series (on Amazon), and I'll be your instructor throughout this course.

Since 2000, I've helped thousands of clients improve their health and decrease pain using deep tissue massage and corrective posture exercises, which I present in this course.

Neglected postures, like rounding your low back while sitting at the computer, standing stooped over for hours, or lifting improperly, can lead to chronic back pain.

wow this course is awesome . the speaker presentation is very very very very nice. i had a problem in my neck . specially his video and demonstration it is completely gone . i personally telling u sir (speaker) u r god to me ,, u solved my problem u saved me( usually comes very pain in my hand ,now all gone). thanks a lot . i saw so many YouTube videos, never helped me. i recommend this course to every person (age>30 ) especial like me ( Assistant professor in CSE). or IT professional. u r very good speaker sir. It was amazing! Morgan Sutherland is such a great teacher and obviously a great healer. He is so clear and so in command about how to do each exercise. I often found myself doing exercises that he was showing me and in some cases was healing myself. I have always had difficulty following directions and was able to follow everything Morgan was showing me and when I got some relief or a stretch loosened me... it was incredible. Morgan Sutherland THANKS A TON! And UDEMY I will explore more of your courses
