Just feels a bit like saying someone isn't capable of being a good leader if they ever experience these things such as anxiety. I wish there was a way of teaching that you can have anxiety and other mental health issues and still be a good leader. That in a way, you could use these to your advantage to connect with your team and check in with them on how they are. Therefore, being genuine and connected while also showing that you care about their work/life balance. But knowing how to set healthy boundaries and expecatations.

When I took part of this course, I didn't know what to expect. I didn't consider myself a leader and through many experiences with high school competitions, I thought that I never would be. However, the things I learned in this course can be used in daily life and I honestly think this is a course everyone should take because it will help you grow and be more grounded than you ever were before.
