Reparenting your inner child

I created this course in 2020 when I was on my own inner child journey and to be honest the journey has never stopped! Meeting and working with your inner child can be a journey you travel forever, if you wish to.

And to add to that... this was my first online course I ever made! The first of many... but this was me breaking the ice!

This course is designed to help you to reconnect in order to dive a little deeper within yourself. Once you've reconnected the natural progression is to start looking at some of the painful things you experienced as a child and create some awareness around it. We then look at triggers, limiting beliefs and setting boundaries, all around your childhood patterning. All of these topics help you to look at your childhood programming and figure out what you longer wish to hold onto.

The course includes:

• video lectures (these were my first videos so I still cringe a bit at them, but I decided to add them anyway!)

• workbooks with activities for each section

• guided meditations and visualisations to help you on your journey

The course closes off with a chance to figure out where you wish to "reparent" yourself". Where you can find ways to be the parent you never had.

As is natural, my own journey has shifted and changed along the way - so there may be things I don't fully embrace as my truth any more. The invitation is for you to take what serves you and leave the rest.
