This course was great and allowed me to understand the expectations of the onboarding process and what the process should be like. The course was mostly informal for management/company leads to successfully connect and train new hires. However, as a new hire, I found the course beneficial to better understand expectations.

Great course. Wish the letters on the slides were a little bigger. Hard to read on mobile. The content is top notch though.

The presenter speaks with confidence and great energy. Each section is a lecture and the presenter refers to downloadable templates and documents. The downloads provide more detail on suggestions, questions to think about and strategies related to remote onboarding. The end-of-section activities allow you an opportunity to reflect on that section's information; the presenter lists questions that you answer in the course workbook and if you follow along, it can guide you in creating an onboarding programme of your own. This course is information-dense. There is a lot of reading but I'm going through it (a second time) with the course workbook, making notes and doing the activities as I go along, and I'm definitely having a positive learning experience. This course will require that you dedicate time to it. I gave it 4.5 stars because I would've liked more activities within each section to pace the learning a bit better. At the moment, because the activity is at the end of the section, I will remember bits and pieces of information to note down but not sure in which video it was said so I have to run through all the videos until I find what I'm looking for. Other than that though, the course is pretty well-structured and you'll be sure to learn a great deal from it. Thank you, I'm very satisfied with this course.

This course gave me a very good overview of what Remote On-boarding means, why companies and teams should practice it and a multitude of good practices of how to set it into system.
