The course provides an overview of Emotional Intelligence and Relationship Management which is well researched and helpful. But it uses quite an outdated form of presentation (narration and flat slides), without emotional presence in the teaching to be fully engaging. It seems ironic given the subject matter that the course feels emotionless to me.

I have developed a new thinking and perspective for emotion... All this while I was thinking emotion is all about love and romantic feelings but this course have changed my thoughts and I have learnt that there are more to than we see. In fact I have learnt a lot and I will be happy to advance when there is higher levels. Thank you.

I thoroughly enjoyed all the four levels of EI. It has helped me recognize innate qualities about myself. I now can understand others from their perspective too. I do hope to put into practice the knowledge gained from this course. I would strongly recommend others to do the course as it is an enriching experience to grow.
